What moves a quote up or down
- Incomplete source, missing build history, or binary-only modules
- Number of integrated systems (EDI, payment gateways, warehouse devices)
- Need for on-site days outside Sydney metro
- Urgency that requires compressed workshop calendars
- Volume of regulated or financially critical paths that need extra review
Deposits and billing
A deposit reserves consultant calendar time once a statement of work is accepted. Remaining fees align to milestones such as inventory complete, findings workshop held, and roadmap delivered. We do not take payment for software licences through this site.
