Services described on this site
Descriptions of legacy system modernization, codebase recovery, and related engagements are informational. Scope, fees, and deliverables are confirmed in writing for each client. Nothing on this site creates an obligation to accept every enquiry.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding belong to AmberPath Software Consulting or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without permission. Client materials provided during an engagement remain the client’s property; our templates and methodologies remain ours unless a contract assigns them.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, submit unlawful content, or use contact channels to distribute spam. We may block access that threatens site integrity.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, AmberPath is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content alone. Consulting advice is governed by the signed engagement terms, which prevail over marketing pages. We do not warrant uninterrupted site availability.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue for disputes arising from website use, subject to any non-excludable rights you hold under Australian law.
